Legislation and Assisted Living Administrative Rules

On August 12, 1999, the Governor signed Hawaii's Assisted Living Administrative Rules which created requirements for the licensing of Assisted Living Facilities. Applications are available at the State of Hawaii Licensing Section, Department of Health at 601 Kamokila Boulevard #361, Kapolei, Hawaii or contact Mrs. Dianne Okumura at (808) 692-7400.
